Design Associate/Textile Designer, STUDIOCHIC, Los Angeles

- Trend forecasting.

- Packaging Design

- Solo designer for all collections.

- Embroidery/Jacquard/Print Design

- Short deadlines, work with owners to create what the buyer is asking for.

- Working with mass production for Costco, Sams, Home Goods, Tuesday Morning, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls and TJ Maxx


Textile Designer, Ruggable, Los Angeles

- Creating monthly collections for rugs.

- Working with mood boards to produce theme based designs.

- Creating different rug size options.

- Creating multiple colorways with a library of in house color chips, using LAB mode on Photoshop.

- Organizing Designer Files, multiple layer management.

- Production ready Designer Files that can be easily color corrected and adjusted for web.

- Applying and masking different textures and effects to create a fiber look to the digital print.

- Preparing and organizing files for print and production.

- Designed company website (http://www.pupdeville.com) and marketing materials. Managed social media platforms.

- Sourced textiles for products.         


Design Consultant      

California Closets - Washington, DC September 2018- present

- Designing customized storage, entertainment, office, and closet spaces for individual clients.

- Direct line between customers and California Closets.

- Managing showroom on allocated days.

- Creating leads and closing deals.

- Working with installers to create a space that is designed following the clients criteria.


Showroom Intern

F. Schumacher & Co - Washington, DC October 2017- September 2018

- Archiving all sample fabrics.

- Setting up monthly displays for new lines of fabric, trims and wallpaper.

- Pulling design schemes for local interior designers based on the color and theme for their projects.

- Assisting account executives with their sample requests from individual clients and sending them out.

- Working with Salespad.


Festival Coordinator

ChildArt Magazine, International Children's Art Foundation - Washington, DC February 2011 to June 2011 

- Reach out to educational organization to participate in the festival.

- Writing and revising articles for the ChildArt Magazine issue on the World Children's Festival. * Organize educational workshops as well as the launch party.

- Work with schools and sponsors to promote child creativity through different creative methods.
